A sumptuous new buffet concept of hot and cold dishes has been created by Chef Justin to be the main feature at Joust. An exquisite range of international flavours will tempt your palate when you experience this popular eatery. Justin has chosen a buffet style popular in the top class hotels throughout major cities of the world to showcase his culinary skills and signature dishes.

On a balmy night, sea breezes waft gently across the front tables through fully retractable windows. On winter nights an open wood-burning fire provides warmth for a very intimate dining experience.

 



 

 

 

Joust customers can expect daily variations using the best local produce, prepared using the best techniques to meet Chef Justin's high standards. Justin's followers have declared his buffet to be "a deviously planned conspiracy to allow them to indulge to the fullest". The selection starts at the soup kettle, then on to the ever changing variety of entree and main course dishes that cater for the vegetarian as well the seafood lover and carnivore. And not to be overlooked are the 'to-die-for' desserts!
