Joust customers can expect daily variations using the best local produce, prepared using the best techniques to meet Chef Justin's high standards. Justin's followers have declared his buffet to be "a deviously planned conspiracy to allow them to indulge to the fullest". The selection starts at the soup kettle, then on to the ever changing variety of entree and main course dishes that cater for the vegetarian as well the seafood lover and carnivore.
